    (Best for 6 or fewer employees)

    Six (6) hours of workshop engagement with employees (one weekend or two weekly sessions of 3 hours each, in person or online).

    One hour of recommendations and reporting with employer or employer team (with individual employee profiles for best leadership development and engagement).

    One hour of follow-up with employer(s) two weeks later.

    Cost Breakdown: $200 an hour ($1600), Materials fees of $400.

    (Best for 6-10 employees)

    Ten (10) hours of workshop with employees (one weekend or three weekly sessions of 3-4 hours each, in person or online).

    Two hours of recommendation and reporting with employer or employer team (with individual employee profiles for best leadership development and engagement).

    One hour of follow-up with employer(s) two weeks later.

    Cost Breakdown: $200 an hour ($2600), Materials fees of $400

  • Package C

    (Best for more than 10 employees)

    Twelve (12) hours of workshop with employees (two-day retreat in person preferred, or three 4-hour sessions if online).

    Three hours of recommendation and reporting with employer or employer team (with big picture, adjusted individual profiles, and spotlight recommendations for employer).

    Note: For every employee over 15, the level of interaction and detail in personal profiles will translate into a more general whole-group profile.

    Two hours of follow-up with employer(s) two weeks later.

    Cost Breakdown: $200 an hour ($3400), Materials fee of $600 (If online is necessitated by external situations, the materials fee will be discounted to $400)

  • Package D

    (Big Picture Workshop for Employee and Employers Combined)

    Ten (10) hour workshop/retreat that offers time to learn about how each member of the team can be encouraged and developed as a leader for the shared strategic goals of the unit or organization.

    Note: We recommend single department training only. For multiple departments within one organization, we recommend each department choosing Package A-C for more personalized profiling, development, and recommendations.

    Topics will cover growth and development, areas of change to better the office culture, and vulnerability in addressing what might not be working or could be made better between employers and employees.

    The group will leave with profiles and recommendations tailored for individual employees and employer insight.

    Follow-up a month later: employee survey and feedback, summary of results for employer, and materials for further work and growth.

    Cost includes materials needed for workshop activities, workbook, some snacks, and branded materials.

    Total Cost: $6000

  • Package E

    (Team-Building Workshop)

    Content will include Accessible Leadership Development strategies and techniques that target the needs of the Client.

    This will provide overall ideas and recommendations for the office as a whole, to work together toward strategic goals.

    One 90-minute workshop, offered online or in person.

    Total Cost: $400

  • Additional Workshops (a la carte)

    Implementation Workshop: Translating the Report into Action. Two 90-minute sessions with HR/managers/employer for $500. This would be in addition to the cost and Training presented in Packages A-E, giving employers additional guidance in implementing the recommendations and goals made by the Trainers.

    Employee Integration: Additional Workshop with employees to help them practically integrate the recommendations made by the Trainers. Each 90-minute session for $200, number of sessions determined by Client and Trainers. This would be in addition to the cost and Training presented in Packages A-E.
